TCOOMMI	Texas Council on Offenders with Medical and Mental Illness (TCOOMMI) The TCOOMMI Program provides mental health services to offenders that are currently on probation or parole. The goal of the TCOOMMI Program is to assist the offender with mental illness in successfully completing their probation/parole.
