Texas Council on Offenders with Medical and Mental Illness (TCOOMMI)

The TCOOMMI Program provides mental health services to offenders that are currently on probation or parole. Services include intake, case management and medication monitoring. An emphasis is placed on linking the offender to community resources immediately and encouraging participation in outpatient psychiatric services.

The goal of the TCOOMMI Program is to assist the offender with mental illness in successfully completing their probation/parole.  The state TCOOMMI office is located in Austin and may be contacted at 512-406-5406.  Services in Brazoria and Galveston Counties may be accessed by calling 1-866-729-3848 and asking to speak to the TCOOMMI Intake Worker.
